Zucchini And Tomato Casserole - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    4 to 5 medium zucchini, washed, sliced 1/4-inch thick
    3 medium tomatoes, cut up
    1 medium onion, chopped
    1 tsp. oregano
    dash of salt (optional) and pepper
    1 Tbsp. Parmesan cheese
    1 c. or more grated Cheddar cheese (this can be fat-free cheese)
Preparation
    Mix all ingredients, except cheese, together in a large casserole.
    Sprinkle Parmesan cheese on mixture.
    Spread grated Cheddar cheese over all.
    Bake at 350\u00b0 for 45 minutes. Makes 6 to 8 servings.
