Rhubarb Dessert - cooking recipe

6 c. rhubarb
2 c. sugar
1 pkg. strawberry Jell-O
2 c. small marshmallows
1/2 c. sugar
1/2 tsp. salt
1 1/2 tsp. baking powder
1/4 c. Crisco
1 egg
1/2 c. milk
3/4 c. flour
Preparation

Cut rhubarb into small pieces; place in a 9 x 13-inch pan. Pour sugar over rhubarb; sprinkle Jell-O over sugar and add marshmallows.
Cream the sugar and Crisco.
Add egg and beat well. Add the milk, flour, salt and baking powder.
Drizzle over top. Bake 50 minutes at 300\u00b0.
