Deep Dish Salmon-Cheese Pie(From 1975 Edition) - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 Tbsp. chopped onion
    2 Tbsp. butter or margarine
    1/4 c. Bisquick
    1 1/2 c. milk
    1 c. sharp Cheddar cheese, grated
    1/2 recipe Biscuit Dough *
    1 (1 lb.) can salmon, drained and broken in large pieces
    1 tsp. salt
    few grains pepper
Preparation
    Heat oven to 450\u00b0.
    Saute onion in butter.
    Remove from heat; blend in Bisquick.
    Slowly stir in milk.
    Bring to boil over low heat, stirring constantly.
    Boil 1 minute.
    Stir in rest of ingredients, except Biscuit Dough.
