Mom'S (Goldia Dyer) Chocolate Pie(As Taught To Me) - cooking recipe

Ingredients

1 c. white sugar
1/2 c. flour (little less)
2 1/2 Tbsp. cocoa
pinch of salt
2 c. milk
2 egg yolks
2 1/2 tsp. vanilla
1 lump butter

Preparation

Combine sugar, flour, cocoa and salt in saucepan until well blended.
Add milk.
Add egg yolks after mixture starts to cook. (Add pudding mixture to egg yolks in separate bowl, then return to mixture.)
Cook until thick.
Add vanilla and butter.
Cool before pouring into baked crust.
