Spinach Quiche - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1/2 c. margarine, melted
    10 eggs
    1/2 c. sifted all-purpose flour
    1 tsp. baking powder
    1 tsp. salt
    1 (10 oz.) pkg. frozen chopped spinach, thawed
    1 (8 oz.) can green chillies, seeded and chopped
    1 pt. fine curd cottage cheese
    1/2 lb. shredded Cheddar cheese
    1/2 lb. Jack cheese, shredded
Preparation
    Preheat oven to 400\u00b0. Place butter in 13 x 9 x 2-inch pan in preheating oven just to melt, about 3 minutes.
    Beat eggs in large bowl; mix in flour, baking powder and salt.
    Squeeze thawed spinach very dry and add to egg mixture along with melted butter, chillies and cheeses.
    Pour mixture into pan; bake 15 minutes. Reduce heat to 350\u00b0; bake an additional 35 to 40 minutes.
    Let stand 5 minutes to set.
    Cut in 60 squares for hors d'oeuvres.
