Country Braised Pork Chops - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    4 (3/4-inch) pork chops, trimmed
    1 small onion
    2 Tbsp. oil
    1 tsp. salt
    1 can cream of mushroom soup
    8 small potatoes, peeled
    1/4 tsp. pepper
    4 medium carrots, thinly sliced
Preparation
    Coat pork chops in flour.
    Brown onion in oil in skillet until tender.
    Add pork chops and brown on both sides.
    Stir in remaining ingredients.
    Heat to boiling.
    Reduce heat and simmer, covered, for 1 hour or until pork chops are tender.
    Stir occasionally.
