Buttermilk Pie - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1/2 c. butter
    2 tsp. vanilla
    3 Tbsp. flour
    1 c. buttermilk
    1 (9-inch) unbaked pastry pie crust
    2 c. sugar
    3 eggs
    1/4 tsp. salt
Preparation
    Cream butter and sugar until light and fluffy, adding sugar gradually. Blend in vanilla. Add eggs, one at a time.
    Combine flour and salt, adding a small amount at a time.
    Add buttermilk. Pour filling into unbaked pie crust; bake in preheated 300\u00b0 oven for 1 1/2 hours. Best served at room temperature. Serves 8.
