Quick Rice Pudding - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 c. cooked rice
    1/4 tsp. salt
    3 Tbsp. boiled raisins
    2 c. cold milk
    1 (3 3/4 oz.) pkg. vanilla or coconut instant pudding
Preparation
    Combine first three ingredients listed.
    Mix pudding and milk; beat slowly until blended (about 2 minutes).
    Stir in cool rice and chill.
    Add a dash of nutmeg if desired on top.
