Jim Wagner'S Microwave Omelet - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    8 eggs
    4 to 5 slices Velveeta cheese
    mushrooms, ham, green pepper and onions, cut up into bite size pieces
    3/4 c. milk
Preparation
    Grease the bottom of a 2-quart microwave dish.
    Lay the cheese slices on the bottom.
    Mix everything else together and pour over the cheese.
    Cover with Saran Wrap.
    Microwave for 6 minutes on High.
    Stir and rotate dish.
    Bake 6 minutes longer on High (or longer if needed).
    Enjoy!
    Serves 6 to 8.
