Corn Bread Dressing - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    8 c. Southern-style cornbread
    4 c. rice, cooked
    1 small onion, diced fine
    1 c. celery, diced fine
    4 eggs, boiled and chopped
    1 stick butter
    1 tsp. salt
    1/2 tsp. pepper
    1 tsp. poultry seasoning
    1 can cream of chicken soup
    4 to 6 c. turkey or chicken broth
Preparation
    Combine celery, onion and butter in microwave-safe dish. Microwave for 2 to 3 minutes on High.
    In large bowl mix all ingredients together.
    Pour in large baking dish sprayed with Pam. Bake at 350\u00b0 for 30 to 45 minutes.
    Dressing should be lightly browned.
    Serve immediately.
