Picoso(Hot Sauce) - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 qt. peeled tomatoes, chopped fine
    1 qt. chili peppers, ground (jalapenos)
    1 c. chopped onion
    2 to 5 pods garlic, chopped very fine
    1 Tbsp. salt
    4 Tbsp. vinegar
Preparation
    Bring all ingredients to boil and cook for 5 minutes.
    Put in sterilized jars and seal.
    Process for 15 minutes in hot boiling water bath or in pressure cooker at 10 pounds pressure.
