Mexican Stew - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 lb. ground beef
    1/4 c. cornmeal
    1 small onion
    salt and pepper
    1 can hominy
    1 can Niblets corn
    2 cans tomatoes or 1 can tomatoes plus 1 can tomato juice (16 oz. size)
    1/2 pkg. chili seasoning
    about 1/4 c. oil
Preparation
    Mix ground beef, meal, onion, salt and pepper.
    Shape into small balls about the size of a quarter.
    Brown in oil.
    Drain off fat.
    Add chili mix and stir.
    Add rest of ingredients.
    Heat to boiling.
    Turn down and simmer for 1 hour.
