Broccoli Soup - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 bunch fresh broccoli
1 stick oleo
1 tsp. salt
8 Tbsp. flour
4 c. milk
4 slices American cheese
Preparation

Melt oleo in large, heavy pan over medium heat.
Mix salt and flour; stir into melted oleo, making a white paste.
Gradually add milk.
When this thickens (not too thick), add the cheese, then the broccoli.
