Apple Torte - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 c. flour
1 tsp. cinnamon
1/2 tsp. baking powder
1/4 tsp. baking soda
1/8 tsp. salt
4 Tbsp. soft butter
1 c. sugar
1 egg
3 to 4 sliced apples
Preparation

Sift dry ingredients together.
Set aside.
Cream sugar and butter.
Add egg; beat until fluffy.
Gradually add dry ingredients to butter, sugar and egg (batter will be stiff).
Stir in apples.
Pat into lightly greased small pie plate.
Bake at 350\u00b0 for 50 to 60 minutes.
Serves 4 to 6.
