Noodle Souffle - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1/4 lb. wide noodles, cooked
    1 pt. sour cream
    1/2 lb. dry cottage cheese
    3 eggs, separated (beat the whites)
    1/4 c. raisins
    pinch of salt
    1 tsp. vanilla
Preparation
    Mix all ingredients together and place in greased casserole. Put casserole in pan of warm water and bake for 1 hour at 375\u00b0.
