Tuna Burgers - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 can (6 or 7 oz. size) tuna in water
    1 c. soft bread crumbs
    1/3 c. mayonnaise
    1/4 c. chopped onions
    1 beaten egg
    1/4 c. chopped celery
    1 Tbsp. ketchup
    2 Tbsp. butter
    4 round buns, split and toasted
    tomato (optional)
    lettuce (optional)
Preparation
    Mix first 7 ingredients well.
    Shape into 4 patties.
    Melt butter in skillet.
    Cook patties 4 or 5 minutes on each side. Serve on buns.
    If desired, serve with slice of tomato and lettuce.
    Yields 4 servings.
