Goulash - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 can seasoned whole kernel corn
1 can French-style beans
1 can English peas
1 can mushroom soup
1 1/2 lb. ground beef (lean; sprinkle with meat tenderizer)
1 tsp. minced onion
1/2 tsp. garlic salt
2 Tbsp. Worcestershire sauce
1/2 tsp. Tabasco sauce
1 tsp. salt (meat)
1 (8 oz.) bag shell noodles
3/4 c. grated Cheddar cheese
1 c. tomato sauce
1 c. tomato ketchup
1/2 c. barbecue sauce
Preparation

Brown meat with onion and garlic. While browning, put noodles on in plenty of water with 1 tablespoon Wesson oil and 1 tablespoon salt. Drain noodles and drain meat. Combine all ingredients and put in large casserole. Before baking, sprinkle 1/2 cup evaporated milk and grated cheese over top. Bake in 350\u00b0 oven for approximately 45 minutes.
