Skillet Spanish Rice - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    3 Tbsp. Wesson oil
    1 c. raw rice, brown lightly in oil
    1 medium onion, chopped fine
    1 green pepper
    3/4 lb. ground beef, crumble with hands
    2 (8 oz.) cans tomato sauce
    1 3/4 c. hot water
    1 tsp. mustard
    1 1/2 tsp. salt
    1/2 tsp. pepper
Preparation
    Combine oil, rice, onion, pepper and beef in skillet.
    Add remaining ingredients; mix well.
    Bring to a boil.
    Cover and simmer 25 minutes.
