Cauliflower Marranca(From Moosework Cookbook, A Family Favorite) - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 lb. mushrooms, sliced
    1 large onion, chopped
    butter
    juice of 1 lemon
    1 large head cauliflower (in flower pieces)
    3 cloves crushed garlic
    basil
    salt and pepper
    3 c. cooked brown rice, salted and buttered
    2 1/2 c. grated cheese of your choice (Cheddar)
Preparation
    Saute 1 pound mushrooms, sliced
    and 1 large onion (chopped) in butter with juice of 1 lemon.
    Saute 1 large head of cauliflower in flower pieces with 3 cloves crushed garlic, basil, salt and pepper. Combine 3 cups cooked brown rice, salted and buttered, and 2 1/2 cups grated cheese with the rest of the ingredients. Bake covered 1/2 hour at 350\u00b0.
