Tomato Soup Salad(Serves 12) - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 boxes lemon gelatin or 1 large box
    1/2 c. water
    1 can tomato soup, undiluted
    1 (8 oz.) pkg. Philadelphia cream cheese
    1 Tbsp. lemon juice
    1 c. mayonnaise
    1 c. diced green peppers
    1 c. finely diced celery
    1/2 c. minced onions
Preparation
    Soften gelatin in water.
    Heat tomato soup in a double boiler. Add gelatin, stirring until it dissolves.
    Remove from heat. Add cream cheese.
    Beat with rotary beater until smooth. Cool.
