Manicotti Crepes - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    4 eggs, well beaten
    1/2 c. oil
    1 c. flour
    3/4 c. water
    pinch of salt
Preparation
    Beat eggs well.
    Add remaining ingredients and beat until smooth.
    Heat small frypan; add oil and wipe dry with paper towel (to season for frypan).
    Use medium heat.
    Drop batter until it runs smooth, about 5 or 6-inches.
    Small bubbles will form in a minute, then flip crepe over until light tan.
    Stack crepes.
    Makes 24 crepes.
