Sausage Casserole - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 lb. bulk sausage
    2 Tbsp. water
    2 c. diced potatoes
    2 Tbsp. butter
    2 Tbsp. flour
    1 c. milk
    4 slices American cheese
    1 c. Cheddar or Velveeta
    2 tsp. mustard
Preparation
    Boil potatoes and drain.
    Shape sausage into patties and simmer in 2 tablespoons of water in skillet for 15 minutes; drain water and brown patties on both sides.
    Melt butter in saucepan. Stir in flour until a smooth paste is formed.
    Add milk.
    Bring to a boil, stirring constantly.
    Lower heat and cook until thick. Add cheese and mustard.
    Transfer cooked potatoes to greased 1 1/2-quart baking dish.
    Cover with sausage; cover and bake at 350\u00b0 for 15 minutes.
