Tomato Soup - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 c. whole canned tomatoes (undrained)
    1 (14 1/2 oz.) can stewed tomatoes (undrained)
    1/2 tsp. dried whole basil
    1/2 tsp. dried whole oregano
    1/4 tsp. freshly ground pepper
Preparation
    Combine
    all
    ingredients
    in
    container of an electric blender or food processor;
    process until smooth.
    Pour into a small
    saucepan and cook over medium heat until mixture boils. Cover, reduce
    heat
    and
    simmer 15 to 20 minutes.
    Serve hot. Yields 4 cups (50 calories per 1 cup serving).
