Chinese Casserole - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 1/2 lb. ground meat
2 medium onions, chopped
1 c. sliced celery
1 can cream of mushroom soup
1 can cream of chicken soup
1 1/2 c. warm water
1/2 c. uncooked rice
1/4 c. soy sauce
1/4 tsp. pepper
1 large can Chinese noodles
Preparation

Brown meat.
Mix rest of items except Chinese noodles.
Add meat.
Bake in 350\u00b0 oven covered for 30 minutes.
Uncover and bake for 30 to 40 minutes more.
Cover with Chinese noodles and continue baking 15 minutes more.
