Tomato-Mozzarella Salad - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1/2 lb. fresh Mozzarella cheese
1 head lettuce
3 large tomatoes, sliced
1/4 tsp. salt
Vinaigrette dressing or dressing of choice
Preparation

Cut cheese 1/4-inch thick in rounds with cookie cutter.
Set aside.
Line serving plate with lettuce.
Arrange tomato slices on lettuce and sprinkle with salt.
Top each tomato with cheese slice.
Spoon dressing over salad.
Serve immediately.
