Red Flannel Hash - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    6 slices salt pork
    1 c. beets, cooked and chopped
    3 c. cooked potatoes (add salt and pepper)
    1 1/2 c. cooked corned beef
    1 onion, chopped
    1/4 c. milk
Preparation
    Fry pork until crisp.
    Remove pieces and retain as a garnish. Combine beets, potatoes, salt, pepper, corned beef, onions and milk.
    Spread mixture in skillet in which pork was fried.
    Brown slowly, then turn and brown on other side.
    Serve with pork on top.
