Swedish Potato Wedges - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    4 large potatoes
    1/4 c. butter, melted
    2/3 to 1 c. grated sharp cheese
    1 tsp. paprika or Cajun seasoning
    1 tsp. salt
    1/4 c. fine dry bread crumbs
Preparation
    Peel and cut potatoes into wedges.
    Arrange in single layer in a large, buttered baking dish.
    Pour butter over potatoes.
    Combine shredded cheese, paprika, salt and bread crumbs.
    Sprinkle over potatoes.
    Bake at 425\u00b0 for 35 minutes or until tender and golden brown, basting occasionally.
