Guacamole - cooking recipe
Ingredients

2 medium ripe avocados
1 small tomato, chopped
2 Tbsp. minced onion
1 tsp. lime or lemon juice
1/2 tsp. garlic powder
1/2 tsp. salt
Preparation

Peel avocados and mash with fork in medium bowl.
Stir in tomatoes, onion, juice, garlic powder and salt.
Refrigerate with the avocado seed in the mix (to keep guacamole from turning dark).
