Claire'S Chicken 'N' Dressing Casserole - cooking recipe
Ingredients

4 c. crumbled cornbread
1 stick butter
2 c. chicken broth
2 1/2 c. chopped chicken
1/2 c. chopped onion
1/2 c. chopped celery
1/4 c. chopped green onion
1/2 c. mayonnaise
1/2 tsp. salt
2 eggs
1 c. milk
2 cans cream of mushroom soup
1/4 c. Parmesan cheese
Preparation

Mix first 3 ingredients well and put half into bottom of a 13 x 9-inch dish.
Mix next 6 ingredients and add to cornbread in dish. Top with remaining cornbread mixture.
Beat the eggs and add milk to make 1 cup.
Pour over the top of the casserole and refrigerate overnight.
Right before baking, add the mushroom soup.
Bake at 350\u00b0 for 40 minutes. Sprinkle with cheese and bake for 10 minutes.
