Pecan Brittle - cooking recipe
Ingredients

2 c. chopped pecans
2 c. white sugar
2/3 c. water
2/3 white syrup
2 tsp. soda
Preparation
-
Cook all ingredients to 290 degrees on stove top.
Cut off stove.
Add 2 tsp. soda.
Stir well, pour on greased dish.
Break apart when cool.
