Cranberry Relish - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 lb. fresh cranberries
1 c. sugar
1 medium fresh Valencia orange
3/4 c. chopped walnuts
Preparation

Grind cranberries and orange through a grinder or in a food processor. Add sugar and nuts, blending gently with a spoon. Refrigerate for 4 to 6 hours.
