Turkey And Spinach Quiche - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 unbaked 9-inch pastry shell or pie crust
    1 1/2 c. chopped cooked turkey
    1 c. shredded Swiss cheese
    1/2 pkg. frozen chopped spinach, cooked and drained (1/2 c.)
    1/4 c. chopped onion
    2 eggs, lightly beaten
    3/4 c. mayonnaise
    3/4 c. milk
    1/2 tsp. dried basil leaves
    1/8 tsp. pepper
Preparation
    Place pie crust in a 1 1/2-inch deep quiche dish.
    Pierce pastry shell thoroughly with fork.
    Bake in 375\u00b0 oven 10 minutes; remove.
    Set oven at 350\u00b0.
    In large bowl, toss together turkey, cheese, spinach and onion; spoon into pastry shell.
    In small bowl, stir together eggs, mayonnaise, milk, basil and pepper until smooth.
    Pour over turkey mixture.
    Bake at 350\u00b0 for 40 minutes or until golden and knife inserted in center comes out clean.
    Makes 6 servings.
    This is perfect for using up the last few pieces of leftover turkey.
