Squash Fritters - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 c. grated, raw, yellow squash
    2 eggs, slightly beaten
    1/4 c. grated cheese
    1/3 c. Bisquick mix
    1/2 tsp. each: salt and pepper
Preparation
    Blend well.
    Melt 2 to 4 tablespoons margarine in skillet on medium heat.
    Drop battered squash by spoonful into hot oil.
    Fry on each side until done.
    Drain on paper towel.
    Serve hot.
    Serves 2 to 3.
