Spanish Rice-A-Roni - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1/2 lb. ground beef
    1 box Rice-A-Roni Spanish rice
    2 c. water
    14 1/2 oz. can tomatoes, undrained and chopped
Preparation
    In a large skillet, brown ground beef and rice-vermicelli mix (from box) until vermicelli is golden brown.
    Slowly stir in 2 cups water, special seasonings (from box) and tomatoes.
    Bring to a boil.
    Cover, reduce heat to low.
    Simmer 15 to 20 minutes or until rice is tender.
