Cheese Stuffed Meat Loaf - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 1/2 lb. ground beef
    3/4 c. bread crumbs
    3/4 tsp. salt
    1/4 tsp. pepper
    1 (8 oz.) can tomato sauce
    2 eggs, divided
    3/4 c. Ricotta cheese
    1/4 c. grated Parmesan
    1/4 c. chopped parsley
Preparation
    Combine the first 5 ingredients with 1 egg.
    Combine remaining egg with the next 3 ingredients.
    Press 1/3 meat mixture into 9-inch loaf pan.
    Make a well.
    Spoon in cheese.
    Cover with remaining meat.
    Pat firmly at sides.
    Bake at 350\u00b0 for 50 minutes.
