Lemon Baked Chicken - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 1/2 lb. chicken breasts
    2 tsp. butter or margarine
    1/2 tsp. salt
    1/4 tsp. paprika
    lemon juice
    parsley flakes
Preparation
    Preheat oven at 425\u00b0.
    Remove skin from chicken.
    Split breasts.
    Place chicken in ungreased baking pan.
    Spread 1 teaspoon soft butter or margarine on the chicken pieces.
    Sprinkle with salt and pepper.
    Drizzle with lemon juice.
    Bake uncovered for 35 to 45 minutes until tender.
    Sprinkle with snipped parsley. Serves 2.
