Baked Fish Fillets - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 can sliced potatoes, drained
1 can whole green beans, drained
1 lb. frozen fish fillets, thawed
1/4 tsp. salt
1 can cream of mushroom soup
1 1/2 c. shredded Cheddar cheese
2 Tbsp. chopped parsley
2 tsp. grated lemon rind
tomato slices
Preparation

Arrange potatoes in bottom of buttered baking dish.
Layer beans over top.
Drain fish on paper towel.
Place fish over beans and sprinkle with salt.
In bowl, combine soup, cheese, parsley and lemon rind.
Spoon mixture over fish.
Bake at 350\u00b0 for 30 minutes.
Top with tomato slices.
Return to oven and bake 10 more minutes.
Allow to stand 10 minutes before serving.
