Tofu Teriyaki Steak - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    42 oz. firm tofu, well drained and cut into thirds
    3 Tbsp. Sake
    2 Tbsp. light soy sauce
    1 tsp. sesame oil
    1 clove garlic, crushed
    1 stalk green onion, chopped
Preparation
    Cut tofu crosswise into thirds; then cut into halves.
    Prepare Teriyaki Sauce with the remaining ingredients.
    Marinate tofu in Teriyaki Sauce for 20 to 30 minutes.
    Heat 2 tablespoons of oil in 12-inch skillet over medium heat; add tofu pieces and stir-fry until golden brown on both sides.
    Repeat until all tofu is stir-fried.
    Sprinkle 7-Spice powder and chopped green onion if you desire.
