Scalloped Apples - cooking recipe
Ingredients

6 large apples
1/4 tsp. salt
1 Tbsp. lemon juice
1/4 c. cold water
3/4 c. brown sugar
1/4 tsp. cinnamon
1/4 c. flour
1/3 c. butter
Preparation

Peel and slice apples.
Place in a greased casserole.
Add salt, lemon juice and water.
Mix brown sugar, cinnamon, flour and butter together until crumblike consistency.
Spread this over the apples.
Bake at 400\u00b0 for 30 minutes.
