Mexican Chicken Casserole - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 whole chicken or 4 chicken breasts
    1 pkg. tortilla chips
    1 c. chopped onion
    1 c. chopped bell pepper
    2 c. grated Cheddar cheese
    1 Tbsp. chili powder
    1 c. chicken broth
    2 c. cream of chicken soup
    1 can Ro-Tel tomatoes with green chilies
Preparation
    Boil chicken until tender.
    Remove chicken from bone.
    In bottom of dish, layer chicken, chips (crushed), onion, bell pepper and cheese.
    Pour 1/2 cup broth over this.
    Repeat layers.
    Mix together soup, tomatoes and chili powder.
    Pour over chicken layer. Bake in a 350\u00b0 oven for 30 minutes or until cheese melts and soup gets hot.
