Lemon Broiled Black Cod - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 1/4 lb. black cod fillets or steaks
    grated peel of 1 lemon (approximately 1 tsp.)
    juice of 1 lemon
    1 Tbsp. brown sugar
    1 Tbsp. vegetable oil
    1/2 tsp. salt
Preparation
    Rinse fish with cold water.
    Pat dry with paper towel.
    Cut fish into 4 equal size serving portions. Set aside.
