Rice Pudding Deluxe - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 (16 oz.) can crushed pineapple
    1 (3 1/2 oz.) pkg. instant vanilla pudding mix
    3 c. cooked rice
    2 c. miniature marshmallows
    1 c. chopped pecans, divided
    1 (8 oz.) carton Cool Whip, thawed
Preparation
    Combine pineapple with liquid and instant pudding mix.
    Stir well.
    Add rice and marshmallows.
    Add 1/2 cup pecans; fold in Cool Whip.
    Pour into 12 x 8 x 2-inch Pyrex dish.
    Sprinkle remaining pecans on top.
    Chill several hours or overnight.
