Cole Slaw For Freezer - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 medium head cabbage
    1 carrot, grated
    1 tsp. celery seed
    1 tsp. mustard
    1 Tbsp. salt
    2 c. sugar
    1 sweet green pepper, chopped
    1 c. vinegar
    1/4 c. water
Preparation
    Shred cabbage and mix with salt.
    Let stand for 1 hour.
    Add carrot and green pepper.
