Reubens - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    4 (3 oz.) pkg. corned beef, cut into small pieces
    1 lb. Swiss cheese, shredded
    1 (20 oz.) sauerkraut
    3 Tbsp. mayo
    1 c. shredded Cheddar cheese
Preparation
    Mix well in large bowl.
    Bake at 350\u00b0 for 20 minutes in shallow pan.
    Serve with rye bread and Thousand Island dressing.
