Crawfish Bordelaise - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 1/2 lb. crawfish meat
    1 Tbsp. butter
    2 Tbsp. minced onion and red pepper
    1/2 pt. cream sauce
    1 glass red wine
    1/2 tsp. salt
Preparation
    Cook onion in
    butter,\tand
    the wine, the meat and the cream sauce with\tseasoning.
    Boil
    up
    once and serve hot (on toast if desired) or in patty shells.
