Chess Pie - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 3/4 c. sugar
    1/8 c. white cornmeal
    1/4 c. cake flour
    1/2 c. butter
    1 tsp. nutmeg
    1 tsp. salt
    1 tsp. vanilla
    2 eggs, beaten
    1 1/2 c. milk
    1 (8-inch) unbaked pie shell
Preparation
    Cream sugar with cornmeal, flour, butter, nutmeg, salt and vanilla.
    Add eggs and milk.
    Set aside for 1 hour.
    Pour into pie shell.
    Bake at 350\u00b0 for about 50 minutes.
    Yields 6 servings.
