Tomato Soup - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1/2 bushel tomatoes
    4 large onions
    3 sticks margarine
    1/4 c. salt
    1 c. sugar
    1/2 c. cornstarch or 1 c. plain flour
    1 tsp. celery seed
    pepper and garlic powder to taste
Preparation
    Cook tomatoes and onions until done; sieve.
    Add next 7 ingredients and boil for 10 minutes.
    Pour into jars and cook 15 minutes in hot water bath.
