Cream Of Celery Soup - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    3 c. celery, diced
    2 c. boiling water
    1/2 tsp. salt
    2 Tbsp. flour
    2 Tbsp. butter
    2 c. milk
    1/2 tsp. pepper
Preparation
    Wash and scrape celery; cut into very small pieces. Add water and cook until very soft and tender; rub through sieve. Heat milk in double boiler; add milk to celery. Melt butter; add flour and seasoning. Add soup, stirring constantly until thickened.
