Coconut Pie - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    4 eggs, beaten
    1 3/4 c. sugar
    1/2 c. self-rising flour
    2 c. sweet milk
    1/2 stick melted butter
    1 (7 oz.) can coconut
    1 tsp. vanilla or lemon flavoring
Preparation
    Mix ingredients together.
    Pour into 2 pie plates.
    Bake for 30 to 40 minutes in a 350\u00b0 oven.
    (No crust needed; makes own.) Serves 6 to 8 per pie.
    Makes 2 pies.
