Shrimp Creole - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    3 c. cooked shrimp
    2 onions
    1 green pepper
    1 1/2 c. celery
    4 Tbsp. bacon fat
    1 qt. tomatoes
    3 tsp. tomato paste
Preparation
    Cut up onions, peppers and celery; saute in fat.
    Add tomatoes and paste.
    Let simmer 40 minutes.
    Before serving, add shrimp. Serve over rice.
